The 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer models (LS - $25,780, LT - $28,705, and SS - $32,055) continue to uphold the model's reputation for quality horsepower, towing ability, cabin comfort, and amenity selection.
The Trailblazer is outfitted with a 4.2 liter I-6 (291 hp at 6,000 rpms) on the LS and LT. (The 5.3 liter V8 with 300 hp at 5,200 rpms is optional.) The 2WD 4.2 liter engine returns 16 mpg city, 22 highway with the 4WD reporting 15/21. (The EPA estimates are identical for the 5.3 liter engine.) The LS2 6 liter V8 shows 15 mpg city for the SS 2WD and 19 highway with the 4WD registering 14/17.
